Spotlight RecipeRick Hoffman's Blueberry Cheesecake BarsBlueberry Cheesecake Bars 17.5 oz pouch Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix Beat cookie mix, butter, and egg until soft dough forms. Press dough into a greased 9” x 13” pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add whipping cream and eggs and mix well. Add spreadable fruit over the partially cooled crust, sprinkle with blueberries, and pour the cream cheese mixture over the top. Bake for about 40 minutes or until the center is set.
